Professor Collings' areas of research are: the internal combustion engine and the sentient vehicle.
Biography:
Professor Collings is a Member of the Staff of Cambridge University Engineering Department and is Head of the Acoustics, Fluid Mechanics, Turbomachinery and Thermodynamics Division. He is also a member of Robinson College.

Fourth Year Projects
The administrative point for this is ISO-17 in the Hopkinson Laboratory. All reports should be handed in to Kate Graham here. Report covers/lab books will be available from her or Mick Underwood (Chief Technician, Hopkinson Lab).
