Research Interests

My research interests are in the areas of fundamental and applied experimental and simulated combustion with a focus on gas turbine and internal combustion engine technologies. This includes studies involving turbulent, preheated, and diluted flame autoignition, propagation, structure, and extinction. Practically, my work can be extended to low emission natural gas turbine combustion applications. My experimental expertise includes flame imaging techniques, particularly laser diagnostics such as planar laser induced florescence and emission measurement and analysis.

4th Year Project Deadlines

 May 2017
Each student submits two copies of Final report plus an extra copy of their technical abstract, plus their log book or electronic equivalent to Group Centres by 4pm.
